1. **What is KPOP Academy?**

KPOP Academy is a collaborative academic and artistic development program designed for students in grades 6-8 who are passionate about the pop music industry and Korean culture. It provides students with the opportunity to learn about the K-pop and music industry, gain valuable skills in performing arts, and receive P.E. and extracurricular credits through partnering schools.

2. **How does this work?**

When you join the academy, you can earn credit for P.E. and extracurricular classes through our partnering schools: Rolling Hills Elementary for 6th grade, and Parks Middle School for 7th and 8th grades. Students will be dismissed from their regular school day early and will come directly to our center for academy sessions.

3. **What is the program schedule?**

The program generally follows the school calendar. It runs from Monday to Friday. Monday through Thursday consists of sessions focusing on dance and vocal training. Fridays are dedicated to workshops on topics like audition basics, Korean culture, the music industry, production, and more.

4. **What age groups are eligible for KPOP Academy?**

The program is open to students in grades 6 through 8.

5. **Can members outside of the school district join the academy?**

Yes, students from outside the school district can join the academy. You can participate without any school affiliations, or you can transfer to Parks Middle School (for 7th and 8th graders) or Rolling Hills Elementary (for 6th graders) to become part of the program.

6. **Can members outside of the school district also receive school credit for P.E. or extracurricular activities?**

If you participate without any school affiliations through our partnering schools, school credit is NOT guaranteed. It will be the responsibility of the student and their parents to discuss this issue with their respective schools.

7. **How much is tuition?**

The tuition fee is $750 per quarter. We also offer payment plans to make it more manageable for families.

8. **Is transportation provided?**

Yes, we offer a pick-up service from school to our center for $100 per month.
